HR Coordinator

Anderson Knight Recruitment are supporting a client based in Glasgow to recruit a full time HR Coordinator, this is a fixed term contract for 9 months to support with an exciting project.
In this position you will support with organisational change activities as well as general HR Administration and providing assistance to the wider team and answering queries for employees across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or assistant to gain valuable exposure at an exciting time in our clients journey.
Our client works hybrid with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination and communication change related activities and updates to all employees.
- Support the HR team in managing employee data integration and ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Help facilitate the alignment of policies, procedures, and cultures
- Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects
- Act as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in organising and scheduling training sessions, meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a HR support role or similar administrative position.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with organisational change is a plus.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
