Office Administrator/Receptionist:
Main duties will be:

- Taking incoming calls, and directing them to the correct department
- Logging service calls into the systems
- Following up on Service calls to inform customers when engineers will be on site
- Taking wholesale customer orders and placing them in the system
- Make outgoing calls to wholesale customers
- Full responability for our Vehicle Fleet to ensure vehicles are booked into garagres for services, organising vehicle tax, mot's and point of contact for breakdowns
- General Admin, filing, office stationery ordering

Person must be confident on the phone and willing to learn new skills, work well as part of the team, and flexible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.49 per hour
