KeyResponsibilities:
  • Providingadministrative support to thebusiness
  • Running the reception areaand greetingvisitors/guests
  • Ensuring allrelevant documents are received from newcustomers
  • Updating internalsystems
  • Setting up new customers onthe internal systemcorrectly
  • Processing requests fromvarious departments
  • Handlingcustomers enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone andemail.
  • Day to day you ll be planningand coordinating whereverneeded
  • Ensuring all paperwork iscompleted in line compliance and standard operatingprocedures


Requirements

TheCandidate:

  • Previousexperience of working in a highlevel administrative or receptionistrole
  • The ability to prioritiseworkload withoutsupervision.
  • Excellent communicationskills in order to deliver accurate information with bothcolleagues and externalstakeholders.
  • Good Customer Serviceskills.
  • Proficient in MicrosoftExcel PowerPoint Word andOutlook.
  • Keen attention todetail.
  • Conscientious and reliablewith a positive proactive and adaptableapproach.

The Candidate: Previous experience of working in a high-leveladministrative or receptionist role The ability to prioritiseworkload without supervision.
