About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Value Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining partnerships and networks to increase social impact and ensure that partners are using the funds allocated to them in ways that will benefit wider society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to enhance social impact initiatives. This will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies and measures to maximize social value.

Collaboration and Strategy Development

You will work closely with internal teams to develop innovative solutions to promote social change and contribute to the development of strategies and measures to maximize social value.

Supporting Partners

You will support partners and other companies in understanding and implementing social value reporting frameworks and assist in the collection and analysis of data related to social impact and outcomes.

Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to the business manager as required, including completing various tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication Skills

You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

IT Literacy

You will have a high level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Customer-Facing Experience

You will have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with the ability to work sensitively with confidential information.

Organizational Skills

You will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience

You will have a degree in a relevant subject or relevant work experience, with a passion for driving positive social change in local communities.
