Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Media and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans to promote our clients' businesses and drive growth in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to increase awareness of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborate with external agencies to elevate our clients' profiles and drive business growth
  • Manage and grow our clients' social media presence across various platforms
  • Develop engaging and organic content for social channels, including written content and multimedia assets
  • Work closely with our commercial, marketing, and communications teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a media or communications role, with a focus on social media and digital communications
  • Experience delivering strategic campaigns across traditional and digital communication channels
  • Ability to create and deliver targeted communications plans to elevate profiles and drive business growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content for various audiences
  • Experience briefing and managing external agencies, including PR and social media agencies
  • Ability to work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
