Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across surgical, women and children, medical, and ophthalmic services to provide specialist pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement clinically led, person-centred services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to junior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Master of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Completed or equivalent competence as mapped to the Post Registration Foundation Pharmacist Framework.
  • Independent prescriber qualification desirable, with training opportunities available for post-graduate study.
