Specialist Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a specialist clinical pharmacy service within the agreed standard of pharmaceutical care for the identified patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service within the agreed standard of pharmaceutical care for the identified patient population.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmaceutical care plans.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on pharmaceutical care.
Requirements:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience of working in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
