About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
- Identify and respond to customer needs, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
