Office Administrator/Receptionist:

Main duties will be:

  • Taking incoming calls, and directing them to the correct department
  • Logging service calls into the systems
  • Following up on Service calls to inform customers when engineers will be on site
  • Taking wholesale customer orders and placing them in the system
  • Make outgoing calls to wholesale customers
  • Full responability for our Vehicle Fleet to ensure vehicles are booked into garagres for services, organising vehicle tax, mot's and point of contact for breakdowns
  • General Admin, filing, office stationery ordering


Person must be confident on the phone and willing to learn new skills, work well as part of the team, and flexible.
