The role will involve

Reception duties
Updating internal systems with customer orders
Updating systems with invoices and order processing including creating PO's
Answering and transferring external calls
Maintaining PPE Stocks and issuing PPE
General administration including timesheet tracking etc
Assisting with KPI administration
Providing administrative support across departments
The working hours are

Monday to Thursday - 7:45am to 4:15pm

Friday - 7:45am to 1:45pm
