In a nutshell as a **Branch Administrator**, you will work closely with the Sales and Lettings teams to ensure smooth day to day running of the office using your own initiative and being pro-active in resolving problems. You will answer inbound calls and meet and greet Clients coming into the office, and will strive to provide knowledgeable, efficient responses to queries, always striving to provide a first-class customer service.

You will work in a vibrant and supportive team who will provide continuous development to help you perform at your best.

**DAY TO DAY**

**What you'll do**
- Create new property particulars.
- Complete property advert health checks.
- Raise invoices and monitor income.
- Confirm daily appointments and organise the diary.
- Plus many other responsibilities in this varied role where no two days are the same.
