**Full Time - 37.5 hours per week over 5 days**

**Thursday - Monday or Friday - Tuesday**

**Hours: 8.30am - 5pm**

We have an exciting opportunity at our Central Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Eastbourne for a Samples Administrator to provide administrative support to the Samples Team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring we deliver the best customer experience ensuring we maintain stock levels to meet the demands of our web customers and colleagues in store. You will be liaising with customers and colleagues at branches organising the picking and sending of samples from a vast selection of wallpapers and fabrics. We are looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, highly organised and who has excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form. Predominately administrative you will need a good eye for detail and be able to prioritise your own workload.

Based on Maple Road off Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, our CWD Centre has been supporting the operation of our online business for almost 20 years. With access to over 11,000 different wallcoverings as well as designer paints, we can offer our customers an extremely varied choice of decorating materials all from our Central Warehouse.

**Additional duties will include**:

- Effectively dealing with the administration of supplier ordering to ensure CWD Samples achieves availability targets for our customers
- Establishing and building great professional relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Bringing in New Collections, including labelling and tracking and ordering from suppliers
- Reporting on shipments (UK and USA), maintaining receipts and tracking stock
- Liaising with teams inhouse to identify products causing availability issues and stock discrepancies

- Be organised and methodical with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Confidence and an effective communicator, in person, written and over the telephone
- Approachable, with an open and friendly personality
- Able to work quickly, and accurately with excellent attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate confident computer skills with MS Word, Excel etc
- Ability to work as part of a team, complimented by the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
