Job Title: Office Administrator
About the role: Working as part of a small office based team, you will be required to complete tasks as required by the companies Administration team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering all incoming calls professionally
- Deal with customer care queries
- Chase outstanding payments for Proformas
- Filing of sales documents
- Stay up to date with export documents for HMRC records
- Updating customer details on the CRM database
- General CRM database cleansing
- Acknowledgement of orders (print for filing and uploading to CRM database)
- Provide order updates to customers as and when required.
- Opening cash accounts
- Raise sales orders including sample requests.
- Key registration checks
- Organise shipment of orders being dispatched, invoice accordingly.
- Marketing administrative tasks as and when required by the Marketing Manager
- Any other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Administrative experience, ideally in a sales office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, even when under pressure.
- Excellent professional telephone manner
- Well organised, with the ability to work on own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a small team.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Previous experience of Opera Pegasus (Optional)
