**What we expect from our Administration Officer & Customer Service**:
An energetic and enthusiastic person, eager and quick to learn

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work on several tasks

A good team-player who can also work in autonomy **(remote work)**

Ability to perform under pressure and to remain calm in stressful situations

Capability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

Ability to travel in order to meet clients, partners and to explore new markets

Availability to work during weekends and awareness that urgent phone calls might require interventions out of office hours.

**Under the supervision of the Director, the Administration Officer & Customer Service will**:
Carrying out general office administrative duties and database update (use of Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Drive..)

Dealing with customers on a daily basis including introduction and assessment requested by our customers

Solve issues between parties

Interview customers via video calls and complete forms

Organise the placements when needed

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Director and Clients

Contribute to creative discussions and decision-making about the business' future

Encourage other employees and customers to take part in growing the business by showing enthusiasm for your work and maintaining a positive attitude

Contact new clients in new markets to expand the business

Sell services provided by the business

Attend networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships

Develop partners network

Fluency in French and English (mandatory both verbal and written)

Experience in an office/customer service role preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A valid passport & ability to travel abroad in order to see clients

Very good attention to details

Positive attitude and self-motivated

**Salary: £25000 per annum plus Bonus, 40 hours per week. Start November 2021.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
