Office Administrator Leader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administration Manager to join our team in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise in finance and administration to drive the success of our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing the efficient operation of our office. Your strong knowledge of Sage accounting software and experience in managing teams will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to achieve efficient operational performance.
- Prioritise workload to meet business objectives.
- Ensure accurate vehicle discounts and raise invoices for rebates.
- Oversee VAT, PAYE, and Business Rates payments.
- Chase debts and maintain accurate records.
- Enter vehicle payments into sales systems and upload to Sage.
- Process Purchase Ledger transactions, including coding and inputting supplier invoices.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Month End Reports.
- Verify Modern Slavery requirements compliance by suppliers.
- Upload and post foreign currency invoices to reclaim VAT.
- Arrange stationery orders and utilities renewals.
- Assist with general accounts and administration duties.
- Handle customer queries efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Sage accounting software.
- Proven accounts and administration experience.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail and high organisational ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Job TypeFull-time position.
Salary Range£30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum.
