Your new role:
**What you’ll do**:

- To provide clerical and admin support to the Contract Manager and other members of the Site Management Team, entailing word processing, filing, reception, purchase ordering and goods received system, operation of various company databases, telephone, and general office duties.
- To assist with carrying out the collation of all accounting period end documentation to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- To assist with ensuring the accurate collation and submission of weekly and monthly wage returns for the Lifescan staff.
- Ensure records are correctly filed.
- To ensure all Robertson FM purchasing procedures are followed by departments, when ordering and receiving stock and stores.
- To document all Minor Works/Key Requests and administer all works through to completion and invoicing.
- To monitor and log all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, waste disposal, etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.
- To undertake training appropriate to the needs of the Facilities Management function in support of RFM’s operational requirements.
- To contribute to the efficient and effective working of the Facilities Management function, providing project specific clerical support when required.
- The post holder will be required to maintain an awareness of RFM’s policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the Facilities Management service.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM’s operational requirements.

**What you’ll need**:
You’ll need lots of previous administration experience in a similar environment, along with exceptional attention to detail, and a friendly and professional approach to taking calls. Strong communication skills are just as important and you’ll be comfortable using MS Office software while also learning to use a range of other IT systems.
