8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 1pm Friday (39 hours) but you must be flexible during busy periods.

Starting salary of £22,000 per annum (with added earnings potential)

Due to organic growth, a well-established company in the contract têxtile industry has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Administrator to work within our busy close-knit team in Buckshaw Village, Chorley.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is essential
- Be able to work under pressure, prioritise and organise your workload
- Able to understand and read architectural drawing would be advantageous but full training will be provided
- Able to multi task with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can reliably commute - role is office based

**What your role will look like**:

- Working closely with the Operations Director to develop accurate cost estimates and support managing projects
- Obtaining prices from UK and oversea suppliers
- Preparing schedules
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes and analysing drawings
- Processing technical and detailed orders for production
- Any other general office duties
