Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a Project Support Administrator to become part of the clinical and corporate programme within digital services, this role will provide project management support and undertake specialist duties.

You will work closely with the established project support team and the respective project managers.

You may be required to participate in the annual staff survey and any other surveys as guided by the department.

We are looking for an proactive individual, who is able to work to agreed deadlines and complete administrative duties to a high standard.

Communication

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will display motivational, empathic and persuasive skills.

Work closely will all levels of staff affected by relevant projects. Establish and maintain links with key stakeholders to ensure they remain aware of, and connected to Digital Services processes and services. Able to communicate business sensitive information when required.

Analytical and Planning

Provide a support service to the Project Manager and project team including administrative support.

Supervise smaller scale task and finish groups within the project
Assess project plans to monitor timely completion of milestones, risks and quality, highlighting any potential risks to delivery. Ensure visual tracking mechanisms are in place to provide meaningful status updates to key stakeholders.

Be responsible for supporting the relevant project working to PRINCE2 project management standards.

Organization of meetings and events, associated with the relevant project, taking and recording minutes including formal board minutes.

Develop, maintain and continually improve Programme and project management providing guidance to Trust staff as appropriate.

With a workforce of approximately 15,000 staff, we can now do more and go further in delivering health services to our local communities.
