**Customer Service Advisor**

Red is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic insurance provider who were voted one of the UK's Best Workplaces in the UK. This role will be working alongside their expert team focusing on delivering excellent customer service, withmany benefits such as hybrid working after six months this is an exciting opportunity.

**Package and Benefits for a Customer Service Advisor**:

- **Location**: Exeter
- **Salary**: £11.81 per hour
- **Hours**: 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, working on a rotating shift pattern
8.00am - 4.00pm, 9.00am - 5.00pm, 10.00pm - 6.00am
- **Contract**: Full-time, temporary to permanent
- Hybrid working available after 6 months
- Minimum of 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off

**Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Answering telephone calls and replying to correspondence
- Actioning customer requests whilst providing outstanding service and ensuring their needs are met
- Quickly understanding the root cause of the customer contact, whilst taking ownership to solve queries first time with one touch delivery
- Demonstrating empathy and identify the vulnerable, as the calls you often receive are in relation to a member's own health or that of a family member

**Skills of a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Be a team collaborator, ensuring you are comfortable working with other and promoting teamwork
- Ensuring your quality of work is maintained to a high standard
- Observing information to understand the various products we service
