Customer Complaints Advisor

Main Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer delivery queries & product related questions in a professional, compliant and efficient manner and ultimately delighting the consumer.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with the consumer and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update consumer information in the customer service database, during and after each call.
- Have a positive impact to ensure that we continue exceed expectation.

**Working hours -**4 on 4 off shifts which includes Weekends and Bank Holidays. Week One Working 8am-6pm and Week Two Working 10am-8pm.

**Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 per annum**
