An opportunity is available for a Customer Experience Advisor, working from home on a remote basis, 35 hours per week. You will be joining a thriving housing organisation who have over 100,000 customers on an ongoing temporary basis.

As the Customer Experience Advisor, you will be:

- Working with the Customer Experience Manager in driving and enhancing the customer culture and ensuring customers receive an outstanding end to end journey
- Ensuring quick resolutions and formal complaints are thoroughly and consistently investigated, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts across the Group
- Supporting the Customer Experience Team in the development and implementation of a multi-channel Customer Experience Strategy
- Promoting and providing high-quality customer services that meet regulatory requirements
- Tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer experience queries and identifying ways to improve the Group's customer services

As the Customer Experience Advisor, you will have:

- Previous experience working within a customer service role
- Experienced in dealing effectively with difficult and sensitive situations
- Accustomed to working collaboratively to meet resolutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate a wide range of people
