**Working Pattern: Rota basis - Monday - Saturday**

**8:00am - 4:30pm**

**9:00am - 5:30pm**

**11:30am - 8:00pm**

Due to our continued success, we are now looking for dedicated **Customer Specialist Advisors** to join our existing customer support team. The CLS Advisor works in a team of Advisors to receive all inbound calls from potential customers andprocess claims through an agreed call framework to turn the call into a customer

The CLS Advisor supports this process by taking queries and acting as the first point of contact for all inbound calls from potential customers

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Answer inbound calls from potential customers, and take them through the claims onboarding process to turn the caller into a customer
- Ensure all calls are answered within agreed timeframes and adhere to agreed schedules
- Follow the call process and script to ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved
- Provide suggestions for process improvement where there is clear scope for improvement
- Ensure that all customer data is entered and stored confidentially to minimise breaches of data

**About You**:

- Great Communication skills verbal & written
- Contact centre experience
- Specialist knowledge - law (desirable)
- Computer literate
- Punctual
