Due to our continued success, we are now looking for dedicated **Customer Specialist Advisors** to join our existing customer support team. As part of the existing customer support team you will provide great customer service when managing clientenquiries via in/outbound calls and be a first point of contact resolution, this is key to ensure our clients needs are met right, first time.

You will play a key role at Slater and Gordon and will be our customer’s first point of contact within the business, you will be rotated across in/outbound telephony and web chat contact channels. You will influence our customers experience and satisfactionby demonstrating excellent customer service skills and behaviours.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage Inbound and outbound calls
- Review, amend and update inhouse systems accurately throughout the client interaction
- Collate necessary Client information and update inhouse systems accurately during proactive campaigns

- Provide a professional attitude to clients at all times
