Our rapidly expanding client, specialising in promoting and supporting workplace wellbeing, is recruiting for a part-time Events Coordinator. This role will facilitate the company’s aim of making wellbeing services accessible to more clients by supporting in the delivery of on-site wellbeing events.

You will use your excellent communication skills and previous events experience to successfully, plan, organise and deliver on-site wellbeing events for clients.

**Main Duties**:

- Preparation of wellbeing events, including client meetings and logging progress in trackers
- Event proposal creation, PO requisitions and raising invoices
- Organisation of the event delivery team pre-event, including preparing team briefs, risk assessments and checklists
- Ensuring logístical checks are in place
- Coordination and delivery of the event on the day, adhering to any site requirements
- Post-event evaluation, feedback and recommendations
- Organisation of event social media and website posts
- Building relationships and maintaining regular contact with clients to establish planning for the upcoming year

**Key Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel UK wide
- Experience of coordinating events
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable, positive and highly organised
- A keen interest in or experience working within the wellbeing industry is desirable

**Salary**: £22k-£25k pro rata DOE

**Hours**: 24 hours per week, flexibility required to suit workload and events schedule

Company laptop provided. Work from home option with occasional visits to office in Harrogate.
