We are a small, dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering best in class branded coffee activations to a prestigious client base. We generate awareness and footfall for blue chip clients promoting their products and services at product launches, office days and new store openings with personalised coffee bars. We operate a tightly run business with the focus on high quality activations for blue chip clients supported by a small and highly efficient team.

We are looking for a motivated and organised part time event coordinator who will underpin our well refined service by supporting clients before the event with their requirements. The role will involve ensuring all client requests have been met and relayed to the delivery teams.

As Event Coordinator, you will be reporting to the business owner, working directly with some great brands (recent clients include Lululemon, Adanola, Samsung, Amazon Prime) and you play a pivotal role in assisting the client in the early stages of the activation. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including client communication, quoting, branding proof creation, administrative duties including health and safety documentation, liaising with our ops team and spreadsheet management. This is an exciting and dynamic role for an individual with excellent organisational skills and proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and Photoshop or equivalent software. The role will also entail supporting the business owner will other administrative issues relating to other business interests.

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week
