Scorpion ES are in search of a Resource Co-Ordinator due to significant growth to work within its well-established successful Rail and Construction Division.

**will be required to**:

- Placing job adverts and monitoring responses.
- Keeping inbox well managed and organized.
- Keeping the recruitment database up to date.
- Rail/Civils Experience / knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
- Create work plans.
- Delegate shifts.
- Assist team with admin.
- Good relationship building skills.
- Confident in communicating via telephone.
- Proactive.
- Enthusiastic.
- Ability to use initiative.
