Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Services Supervisor for a permanent role.
In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring that all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, complying with all relevant regulations and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination and execution of electrical services, including Lightning Protection, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Fixed Wire Testing, Refuge Systems (Emergency Voice Communication Systems), Emergency Lighting, and High Voltage operations.
- Ensure that all documentation and certifications related to inspections are properly secured and shared with the Health and Safety Team.
- Manage the development of a proactive maintenance program.
- Provide expert advice on the most effective strategies for addressing reactive maintenance issues.
- Coordinate internal and external contractor resources to achieve optimal service delivery across all tasks.
- Supervise in-house electricians.
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, schedules of work, and tender invitations for electrical contracts.
About You:
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering services, particularly high voltage systems.
- Possess a qualification in electrical engineering and the IET 17th edition wiring regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing both proactive and reactive maintenance programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications and quick to adapt to new IT systems.
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 along with additional benefits.
