**About the role**

We’re currently recruiting a Technical Administration Assistant to join our busy team within the Water Regulations department In Washington. This is a great opportunity to work in a career-defining role here at NWG.

As the Technical Administration Assistant, the role will be varied, and you will be providing administrative support to the Water Regulation Team who are responsible for the enforcement of Water Regulations across our supply area.

You’ll carry out general administration duties and provide technical support to the team, arranging appointments for planned and new developments. Other duties will involve giving technical advice to developers and installers with regards to various water installations as well as assisting in the management of professional membership schemes.

**About you**

You’ll have proven experience handling a wide range of highly sensitive information as well as the ability to communicate at all levels.

The ability to manage your time effectively and work to tight deadlines is essential and experience using microsoft excel is essential.

Experience of working within in administration/customer service role is essential as you will be in constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring a professional company profile is always maintained.
