Join our clients vibrant team at a leading construction company in Washington, as an HR Administrator We are currently seeking a talented professional to support our clients HR operations on an ongoing temporary basis.
**Role Overview**:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Facilitating new hire orientations and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
- Assisting with payroll administration and ensuring timely processing of employee payments.
- Supporting employee relations initiatives and responding to HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the department.
**What We Offer**:

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in HR administration, with a background in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
