Job Description

The role of Office Administration Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in administrative support, working with a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to assist with various administrative tasks, including document filing, order entry, and creating and sending invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your IT skills, using bespoke software systems to process and manage orders, as well as using Excel spreadsheets to plan distribution. You will also be responsible for liaising with internal staff regarding order progress and communicating with customers and colleagues in person, by phone, and by email.
