We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is a temporary position, with a contract duration of three months, and the possibility of extension. The role will be approximately 15 hours per week, spread over three days, including one Friday.

As the first point of contact for the Estates & Facilities Department, you will provide administrative support, respond to enquiries, and maintain electronic diaries.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Estates & Facilities Department.
  • Offer a range of administrative services, including helpdesk support and clerical assistance.
  • Maintain accurate diary records, ensuring effective time management.
  • Manage the Estates intranet enquiry system and technical database for recorded repairs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess prior administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
