School Support Staff Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the School Support Staff role at beBee Professionals in Washington, UK. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the teaching team and assist with various tasks throughout the school.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing administrative support to the teaching team.
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Managing classrooms in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Maintaining student records and reports.
  • Supporting students with their learning needs.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assisting with general administration tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Salary and Benefits:
