**Duties**:

- Entering sales orders onto SAGE
- Allocating stock and dispatch sales orders on SAGE. Including the production of delivery notes or picking slips where appropriate.
- Picking and packing stock and preparing orders for dispatch to customers.
- Dispatching orders to customers, including making delivery arrangements
- Producing shipping labels for product dispatch and shipping manifests.
- Updating daily dispatches spreadsheet ready for update of dispatches database
- Assisting with tidying the warehouse and keeping it clean.
- Monitoring and chasing completion of End-User Agreements with customers
- Processing correspondence, including typing letters from sales reps and HQ staff
- General filing and office administration, including assisting the Regulatory Affairs Assistant with the maintenance of the technical files.
- Credit chasing for overdue customer accounts.
- Ordering miscellaneous materials - stationary etc. as required.
- Manage the bring-up system
- Fielding 'phone calls and dealing with price enquiries from customers
- Taking telephone orders.
- Keep up-to-date with the company’s Quality Management System and strictly follow the laid-down Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other duties as required.
