Your role will be to provide excellent Customer Support and Service to our customers based in the US, dealing with all enquiries, orders, deliveries and general administration on a daily basis.
Omlet provides support for our US customers from Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm British time (40hrs per week). Please only get in touch if you really enjoy providing a fantastic customer experience.
Previous experience is desirable but less important than a positive, motivated attitude towards Customer Service and the willingness to learn how to provide outstanding service in order to offer our customers a friendly and pleasant experience when dealing with Omlet.
This is a hybrid role.
Main responsibilities
- To process enquiries and orders promptly and accurately
- Liaising with courier companies
- Passing customer’s feedback onto the Customer Service Managers to improve the Company service.
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- To provide an excellent level of customer service
- Push for customer excellence, including problem solving and helping the customer.
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Confident, positive, proactive and dynamic
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take own initiative
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must love animals. We are passionate about creating great products for our pets so this is a must
