**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**(Banbury, UK)**

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our growing team, based at our Banbury office. This is great for someone who relishes working in a fast-paced customer environment, The ideal person will have customer service experience with an interest in Outdoor products.

**Job Role**:
Liaises with a defined group of B2B clients to establish and monitor account activity, liaises with international group sites, logistics/carriers to ensure products delivered to the client’s requirements.

Accurately inputs and maintains sales orders from initial receipt, through validation, raising appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Processes orders and sets up new customer accounts.

Communicates and coordinates with internal departments (supply chain, sales, quality, marketing, consumer service, finance, investigates customer issues and complaints through to resolution.

Deals with order rejections and liaise with Supply Chain and Quality Departments, Organises workflow to meet customer timeframes, raises invoices, Updates order book movements in SAP, Prepares and distributes customer activity reports.

Monitors KPIs set by the business, Performs additional ad-hoc duties and collate reports for management as and when requested.

**Qualifications/Experience**

Proven track record in a similar position; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP is considered an advantage. Excellent verbal / Written communication and presentation skills;
