We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Absolute Taste. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries with confidence
- Play an integral part in maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment
- Assist with restocking shelves, operating the deli counter, and performing other tasks as needed
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively recommend and up-sell to customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
