Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Guide members through our savings options, helping them make informed decisions about their financial goals, whether it's investing for a fixed term or saving for a significant event.
  • Proactively follow up with members to discuss available products and services, ensuring they are aware of all the benefits we offer.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate customer records.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, essential for handling financial transactions with precision.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to achieving positive customer outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software packages.
  • Ideally, GCSE level education including Maths and English.
