Job Introduction
An opportunity is available for a Regulatory Compliance Assistant to join our team, based at Avonbank, Bristol or Pegasus, Castle Donington.

Evidence of your qualifications will be required prior to appointment.

If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.

Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with obtaining regulatory reporting data from various sources within the business, including via the Management Information Team.
- Sense checking reporting data against previous submissions.
- Collating and recording data assurance forms as part of the data assurance programme.
- Collating and recording business responses to requests for information from Ofgem in relation to licence compliance, Price Reviews and general regulatory issues.
- Assisting the Regulatory Compliance Manager with ensuring all regulatory submissions are accurate and completed on time.
- Updating the Regulatory Compliance SharePoint page, as required.
- Providing support to the wider Regulatory & Government Affairs team, as required.

You will have knowledge of the regulatory requirements of electricity licences and associated regulations and have experience in a regulated utility or similar environment.

The ability to plan, organise and manage multiple activities and meet tight deadlines is important, as is good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.

The option to work on a hybrid working arrangement is available following completion of any relevant training period.
