As a Regulatory Compliance Partner at Somerset Bridge Group, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing effective partnerships with business stakeholders. Your role will encompass offering compliance guidance, spearheading the identification of regulatory changes, and assisting the organization in mitigating conduct-related risks. Additionally, you will monitor legal and regulatory obligations, provide expert knowledge, and advise on compliance matters.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
- Offering compliance guidance and managing stakeholder interactions
- Spearheading the identification and execution of regulatory changes
- Assisting the organization in mitigating conduct-related risks
- Building strong regulatory relationships and ensuring accurate reporting
- Serving as a compliance advisor with a primary focus on UK General Insurance matters
- Monitoring legal and regulatory obligations
- Providing expert knowledge in compliance
- Supporting organizational change initiatives for compliance
- Coordinating internal compliance training sessions
- Developing compliance policies and procedures
