  • Address Regulatory Risk and Compliance Issues/Queries: Provide guidance and support to our team members on regulatory risk and compliance issues and queries.
  • Aid in Ongoing Reviews of Engagement Letters and Terms of Business: Assist in reviewing and updating engagement letters and terms of business to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Guidance Regarding Legal Documentation, Framework Terms, and Contracts: Provide guidance on legal documentation, framework terms, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the Onboarding of Firm Suppliers: Assist in the onboarding of firm suppliers, including contract term reviews and due diligence assessments.
  • Review Client Engagement Terms, Codes of Conduct, and KYC Advice: Review client engagement terms, codes of conduct, and KYC advice to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise on Secondment Terms for New and Existing Secondments: Provide guidance on secondment terms for new and existing secondments.
