Customer Relations Executive

We are now recruiting for a Customer Relations Executive to join us as our bright, modern office in Leyland.
In this role you will be investigating and resolving issues customers encountered whilst on holiday. You’ll be looking into what happened, why it happened and making sure the issue doesn’t re-occur in the future. We need Customer Relations Executives who can resolve these issues effectively to ensure the customer is happy with the outcome and that they will book with us again, whilst adhering to ABTA guidelines.
**Hours**: 37.5 hours
**To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- The ability to remain calm when having challenging conversations with customers
- IT literate
- Travel industry/CRS or GDS systems experience - desirable
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be a strong team player
- A fair and consistent approach to customers
