We are seeking a **Customer relationship Executive** to join our sales team.
**Reporting to** : Sales Director
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Liaise with the marketing team to plan promotions and marketing activities.
- Act as a bridge between our marketing team, line manager and the customer.
- Ensure all bestselling SKU’s are stocked with the distributors.
**Role requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience is sales/ customer relationship.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ready to travel cross the UK.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
