Due to rapid growth and expansion, this successful international manufacturing company requires a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for their clients.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include:

- Responding to customer queries about services
- Providing price quotations and explaining product pricing
- Making outbound customer calls in order to sell company products and services in consultative and engaging way.
- Negotiate bulk or package pricing.
- Closing sales in line with targets and KPI’s
- Maintaining customer database accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
- Working and managing leads in timely manner throughout to completion
- Contacting customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Monitoring booking statuses to ensure quality of service.
- Investigating cancelled, unshipped bookings and resolving customer queries as necessary
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services sold and keeping up to date knowledge on industry developments.
