**Who We Are Looking For**

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for building client relationships, communication and adding value to customer experience? The Client Marketing Executive is a multi-faceted role which will see the individual manage our Social Media presence, lead on communicating with our existing client base, generate and deliver new ideas to add value to our customers, and support in the operational delivery of our marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:_
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on these platforms to ensure our social media presence remains cutting-edge.
- Cultivate a dynamic and interactive online presence, fostering meaningful connections with our audience through diverse content strategies.
- **Client Relations and Retention**:_
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and feedback.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate proactively with clients to update them on relevant information, new features, or improvements.
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their evolving needs and convey insights to the relevant teams.
- **Marketing Strategy and Operations**:_
- Generate and deliver ideas as part of our over-arching marketing strategy.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for our training delegates, demonstrating professionalism and outstanding communication skills both in-person and remotely.
- Efficiently manage marketing-related tasks, include content generation, to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilise CRM systems and tools to maintain organised records.
- Maintain accurate and organised electronic and physical records.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Assist in general office tasks.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Ideal qualifications and skill sets**:

- Proven experience in social media management, ideally within the healthcare sector but not essential.
- Demonstrated success in client relations and retentions.
- Articulate communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong multitasking organisational abilities and proficiency in marketing and operational tasks.
