**The Role**
Manage and deliver the Corporate Sale Process for a portfolio of clients whilst researching and generating appropriate new buyers of all types. Research key markets and buyers and work with the Directors to develop strategies to sell current and future opportunities.
**Main Responsibilities**
- To manage and deliver the Corporate Sales Process for a portfolio of clients
- Manage clients from instruction to deal completion
- To devise and implement action plans for the sale of client businesses
- Undertaking relevant market research and identify and generate new buyers 0
- To identify, research and generate new buyers
- To build up a network and database of contacts using a variety of media and channels
- To win new business when the opportunity arises
- To ensure that your own key performance indicators and business plans are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and to contribute to the profitability of the Group
- To support team members using motivation, inspiring and coaching techniques
- To contribute towards the Strategy and Development of the Altius Group
- To provide management reports and present them to the Board as requested
- To undertake projects/tasks and meet deadlines as determined by the Board
- To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's
- To develop key relationships with clients and groups in Altius Group's target markets and network at key event
- Financial analysis on client businesses and use of financial modelling to predict outcomes
- 5 years of experience working in sales
- Track record of negotiating and successfully concluding deals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, KPI’s and Targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage commercially with clients
- Project and client management skills
- Accurate and organised, with impeccable numeracy/writing skills
- Takes initiative and shows a strong drive to follow through.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven record of Admin, Typing and IT skills.
- The ability to build good strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
- Ability to work proactively and on your own initiative.
