Client Retention Executive

Due to continuing expansion our client, a national service company, is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Client Retention Executive to complement their growing team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, responsibilities will include:
- Courtesy customer service calls to all clients
- Understanding what is going well/bad to improve the service & putting forward suggested changes.
- Gathering information to understand assignment lengths & plans for the future.
- Contacting workers when their assignment is coming to an end, with an aim to retain them.
- Liaising with the agencies to gain further contracting work.
- Reminding of referral incentives, we have running and returning contractor discounts.
- Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction (this was useful in the past)
- Conduct surveys when clients/employees leave & putting forward suggested changes based on feedback.
- Looking at any upsell opportunities.
