Responsibilities:

- Utilize various applicant tracking systems to manage data and workflow
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Manage employee data in HRIS systems
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping records
- Provide support in HR administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Resource Officer may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.

The role is split across two sites, the primary and the secondary so a driver is preferred but not ideal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £16.50 per hour
