**Position Summary**:
The **Recruiter EMEA** will help drive the Electro Rent culture by creating an exceptional employee experience by recruiting and onboarding top talent. This includes managing the Applicant Tracking System and job boards. Overseeing process for recruiting in Europe for Electro Rent’s workforce

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee recruiting process for Electro Rent, including administration of ATS (iCIMS) in our EMEA region
- Manage Job Boards including annual agreements.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts and manage the administration of a new hire.
- Deliver and manage the day 1 onboarding and new hire experience for ER employees.
- Provide expertise and partner with hiring managers to support teams with facilitation of onboarding activities
- Develop and maintain support of onboarding materials (presentations, guides, etc.) to ensure they are kept up to date.
- Work on ad-hoc project with HR Director, EMEA

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength.
- A passion for people, coaching, mentoring and developing.
- Experience with social media marketing, networking, and sourcing new talent.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
- SHRM or PHR certifications would be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education**
- 4-year bachelor’s degree desirable.
- *This position will be hybrid and required to be onsite at our Harrow, U.K. offices 3 days a week and report into the HR Director, EMEA._

**Physical Requirements**
- All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
- Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods. This role will typically work 37.5 hours per week with additional work time as needed
- Communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
- Lift and/or move up to 5 kilos (i.e. books, reports, binders etc.)
- Regularly sit at the assigned workstation
- Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer
- Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents
- Read documents, reports, files etc.

Pay: £14,905.83-£52,199.41 per year
