Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents
- Perform data entry and update various databases
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff members when necessary

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks
- Knowledge of basic administrative duties including data entry, clerical tasks, and file management
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
