Utilities Contracts Administrator

**Role: Utilities Contracts Administrator**
This is an ideal opportunity for a very well-organised individual with previous experience of a similar role in the utility brokering sector, who enjoys working in the dynamic environment often associated with early-stage companies. Excellent command of both written and verbal communications is essential, as well as a good understanding of spreadsheet manipulation tools. This role would ideally suit somebody who thrives on a wide range of tasks, ensuring that they all get completed in full and on time.
**Responsibilities**
- Administration of 3rd party pricing software: adding meters, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, generating quotes
- Requesting bespoke rates from suppliers
- Creating quote documents
- Producing and processing supplier contract documents and LOAs
- Managing terminations and change of tenancies
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to overcome any contract objections and rejections
- Accurately keeping the CRM system up to date
- Producing reports for the Administration and Senior Management Team
- Providing support to the sales team with customer enquiries and issues
- Customer query and complaints management (ADR Scheme)
- Allocating data
